The earlier, the better! Many of our couples secure our services right after getting engaged, especially if they want full planning support or a destination wedding. The sooner we join your journey, the more support we can provide.

We recommend booking 8–12 months in advance for full-service weddings and 2–6 months in advance for smaller packages like partial planning or elopements. Dates fill quickly during peak seasons, so early inquiries are encouraged!

Everything you need for a seamless wedding is included in the Full Planning and Design Package, no hidden fees. Optional upgrades are available:

A first look is great for couples who want to take most of their photos before the ceremony and enjoy cocktail hour — but saving the reveal for the aisle can make for a powerful emotional moment. We always recommend discussing your preferences together so your choice feels intentional and true to you both.

Start by mapping out your seating chart early. If a guest wouldn’t know anyone else at their table, a plus-one might make sense. Be mindful of your budget, and don’t be afraid to set clear boundaries — your wedding day should feel personal and manageable.

Typically, send invites 8–10 weeks before the wedding, or 10–12 weeks for destination weddings or busy seasons. Always account for postal delays, international mail, and custom stationery timelines to ensure your guests have ample notice.

After securing your planner and venue, prioritize your photo/video, catering, music, and floral team. Ideally, you’ll want your vendor team locked in at least 5–6 months before your wedding — the earlier the better in high-demand seasons.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, mobile payments (Zelle, Venmo) and payment plans for qualifying packages. We’re happy to discuss flexible options during your consultation.

We know plans can change. Our standard policy:

• 60+ days prior: Full refund minus deposit

• 30–60 days prior: 50% credit toward future booking

• Under 30 days: Credit minus any work completed or vendor costs

Destination weddings may have additional terms due to travel arrangements.
